“Products” include rice, groceries, and all items listed for sale.
“Services” include ordering, delivery, customer support, and all platform features.
To use DHATRI.store:
You must be at least 18 years old.
You must provide accurate contact, address, and payment details.
Businesses/merchants must provide valid GST, PAN, and KYC documents.
Users agree NOT to:
Misuse, hack, or disrupt the platform
Provide false information
Copy or resell platform content
Upload harmful data
Violate any applicable laws
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We aim to provide accurate product details (price, weight, quality, stock).
However:
Real-time stock may vary
Product images may differ based on packaging updates
Prices may change without prior notice
Orders placed are considered offers, not confirmed purchases.
We may accept or reject orders due to:
Unavailability
Incorrect pricing
Delivery limitations
Fraud suspicion
You will be notified of status changes via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

Wallets
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Prices may change based on stock, sourcing cost, taxes, or market fluctuations.
If an online payment fails:
The order will not be confirmed
Refund will be initiated automatically (if debited)
Delivery timelines depend on location & logistics availability.
Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or operational issues.
Delivery attempts:
1st attempt: Primary attempt
2nd attempt: Rescheduled (if customer unavailable)
If delivery fails after attempts, the order may be cancelled.
Customers must ensure:
Correct address
Availability during delivery window
Valid contact number
Customers may cancel orders before they are packed or dispatched.
Cancellation may be denied if:
Order already out for delivery
Product is custom-packed (merchant/bulk orders)
We accept returns/exchanges for:
Wrong product delivered
Damaged product
Quality issues (verified by our team)
Return Requirements:
Product must be unaltered
Must include packaging
Evidence/photo proof required
Final approval is subject to inspection by DHATRI.
Online payments → Refund credited within 3–7 business days
COD orders → Refund via bank/UPI after return verification
Refunds will be issued only after inspection & approval
For merchant and wholesale customers:
Prices are subject to volume & availability
Private label packaging requires advance payment
Bulk orders may not qualify for return/exchange
Keep your login credentials secure
You are responsible for actions taken under your account
Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized access
We may suspend accounts due to fraud or misuse.
All content, including:
Logos
Product images
Website design
Text, graphics, and software
is owned by DHATRI and protected under copyright laws.
Reproduction or reuse is strictly prohibited without permission.
DHATRI is not liable for:
Delay in deliveries
Loss due to system downtime
Inaccurate information provided by third-party services
Customer misuse of products
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our platform may integrate:
Payment gateways
SMS providers
Logistics partners
We are not responsible for failures or delays caused by these external services.
We reserve the right to:

These Terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India.
Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.
